Premenstrual Tension (PMT) or Premenstrual Stress (PMS)
Premenstrual
Tension (PMT) or Premenstrual Stress (PMS) occurs when there is an excess
of oestrogen compared to progesterone. I have discovered a company
which produces a rich cream containing extract of wild yam (dioscorea
villosa) which appears to convey some progesterone like effects.
It also has the powerful ingredient of the chaste tree (vitex agnus-castus).
It works superbly whether hormones are deficient or in excess by acting
on the pituitary gland to harmonise imbalances. It has been used
for many years in Europe, Asia and the Americas. It can also help
with menopausal problems.
As a chiropodist, reflexologist and nutritionist, I have been able to
share my discovery of the wonderful health and nutrition products from
this company with many of my clients, as well as friends and family, who
have also had some very good results in areas including Alzheimers
Disease (senile dementia), Multiple Sclerosis
(MS), Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME or CFS) and skin
problems.
Please note that, for legal reasons, neither I nor the company which
produces these wonderful health and nutrition products is allowed to make
any medicinal claims for the products in spite of the large body of evidence
which is the testimony of many thousands of customers, like my patient,
who have benefitted from them. Please contact me to find out more
about the products and how to obtain them for yourself.
